Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan anytime?

The Project plan runs month to month and can be cancelled anytime. Part-time and Full-time are 12-month commitments and cannot be changed or cancelled during the term. You can move from Project to a 12-month plan at any time.
Do you offer a free trial?
Yes, and we set it up for you. We call this "Done For You". We guarantuee your team is running your CAD software on your own 3D models within 48 hours. The first two weeks are free; after that you cancel or continue. Slots are limited each month. Reserve your slot
Do you offer special pricing for customers outside of Europe?
Yes. We are available from 25 global locations and offer local options in multiple currencies for all international customers. Please contact us to learn more.
What payment methods do you accept?
We support international bank transfers and payment links. We accept payments in USD, GBP, and EUR and can accomodate other currencies upon request. Please note that we currently do not accept credit card payments.
What if my team grows?
You can scale up or down at any time based on your team’s size and needs, quickly and easily through the self-service dashboard.
Do you offer discounts?
Yes. The 12-month plans give part-time and full-time users a significant discount on the Project plan. Depending on your usage, the saving is up to 35%.
Is my data secure?
Absolutely, Designair gives you a security upgrade. Your software and 3D models never run locally. We are fully ISO 27001 certified and built with enterprise-grade standards to keep your users, applications, and data safe. Visit the Designair Trust Center

What additional services do you offer?
Designair fits into your existing IT environment and complements of it. Your users sign in with the accounts they already have (SSO), your Active Directory keeps control of users and policies, Intune installs and manages the software on the Designair workstations the way it does on your own PCs, and a direct connection links our cloud to your network so file servers, licence servers and internal tools stay where they are. Your IT team keeps the keys; we do the rest. Available for teams with 25 or more machines.
What if the internet is down?
It’s a common concern, but modern cloud setups are built for resilience.
